Michigan coach Dusty May, an Indiana graduate, said Saturday he is "very, very happy at the University of Michigan" and downplayed any potential of him taking the IU job, which is now set to open at the end of the season with Mike Woodson's impending resignation.

May is likely at or near the top of the coaching wish list for IU fans and its athletic director after Mike Woodson steps down.

After Indiana announced Friday that Mike Woodson will not return as Indiana's coach next season, Michigan coach Dusty May answered questions about his interest.

Saturday afternoon's game between Michigan basketball and Indiana will be an epic Big Ten homecoming for U-M head coach Dusty May.

May, a student basketball manager at Indiana in the late 1990s, will return to Bloomington on Saturday as Michigan's head coach.

Dusty May will return to his alma mater Indiana, where he spent four years as a student manager under Bob Knight, on Saturday with the Wolverines.
