A Wisconsin judge accused of helping a man illegally evade immigration agents is seeking donations to fund her defense.

Federal magistrate judges in New Mexico have started dismissing military-base trespassing charges against immigrants who cross the southern U.S. border through a newly designated national defense zone.

Trespassing charges have been dropped for 98 immigrants who crossed into a New Mexico military zone with a judge finding no probable cause of them knowing they were entering a restricted area.
