The layout of the snow and freezing rain for today's storm system is pretty well defined. Here's what we can expect across Michigan.

Most of Michigan could cold see snow accumulation Saturday, the National Weather Service predicts. The winter storm could bring accumulating snow to the state from 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Saturday. Peak snowfall for metro Detroit is expected between noon and midnight.

The second of five storms that will slam the eastern half of the United States with snow and ice over a two week period is on the way – and this one has more snow than the first.

Weather Advisory has been issued for multiple counties in the northern, western and central parts of the Lower Peninsula.
