Tom Izzo picked up his 353rd Big Ten Conference win on Saturday when Michigan State beat Oregon, 86-74, setting up a potentially historic night Tuesday.

Tom Izzo's chase of Bob Knight continues as former players and the 2000 title team return Saturday for No. 9 Michigan State basketball hosting Oregon.

Michigan State earns a few days' rest, and ironically, Izzo can surpass Knight by playing the team Knight was most remembered to coach: the Indiana Hoosiers. Even if Izzo can't get it done Tuesday night at home, one more win is inevitable.

No. 9 Michigan State is in an unfamiliar spot right now, having lost consecutive games for the first time all year. The Spartans will have a chance to get back in the win column when they host an Oregon team that is on a losing streak of its own.
