The owners of Anatolian Kitchen, a popular Mediterranean restaurant specializing in Turkish cuisine in Bethlehem, on Tuesday opened a breakfast and lunch eatery, Smile Cafe, in Palmer Township.

Their graciousness makes the service errors and the dining room missteps more palatable. Dining at Anatolian Kitchen is like eating at a friend's house: hardly seamless, but comfortable.
