Midway through the first quarter of the Minnesota Timberwolves' matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday night at Target Center, Edwards handled the ball on the left wing and drove to the hoop. He took off just inside the paint and soared upwards over Thunder center Chet Holmgren to throw down a thunderous dunk.

The Minnesota Timberwolves are underachieving as a unit this season, but Anthony Edwards is still one of the most exciting players to watch in the NBA. He reminded everyone of that fact during Thursday night’s matchup versus the league-leading Oklahoma City Thunder.

Late in the first quarter of the contest, Edwards delivered a highlight-reel-worthy dunk over Thunder big man Chet Holmgren. After running past his defender in Aaron Wiggins, the Timberwolves guard proceeded to attack the rim.
