Construction crews are tearing down the Best Western Twin Islands hotel in Gatlinburg to make way for a Jimmy Buffett-inspired resort.

Camp Margaritaville is the brand's third accommodation in East Tennessee and joins a Margaritaville Resort in Gatlinburg and a Margaritaville Island Inn in Pigeon Forge.

Besides its strategic Tennessee location and the addition of the hotel, the 25-acre Camp Margaritaville Pigeon Forge has amenities that are consistent with the brand's other RV parks.
