The first two Margaritaville RV Parks, located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Lake Lanier, Georgia have been a big hit with perennial parrot heads.
This will be the third Camp Margaritaville RV Resort. The first opened at Lake Lanier in Georgia earlier this year, quickly followed by a second in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
The company has four other RV resorts located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; Buford, Georgia; Auburndale, Florida; and Crystal Beach, Texas, according to its website.
The first is located on Georgia's Lake Lanier. There is currently a Margaritaville Resort located in Gatlinburg and a Margaritaville Island Inn located in Pigeon Forge.

Orlando-based Margaritaville Hotels & Resorts' first RV resort opened on 1,600 acres in Lake Lanier in Georgia in 2018 and drew some 350,000 people its first year, according to the Gainesville Times.
Margaritaville wants to open 30 to 50 more RV resorts nationwide in roughly the next five years. So far, it's opened parks in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida.
The first Camp Margaritaville opened in spring 2019 to rave reviews. Now, the brand wants to launch 30 to 50 more camps in the next five years.
