HAWAII KAI, Hawaii (Island News) – The Honolulu Fire Department (HFD) and Honolulu Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to the Koko Head Crater Trail after reports of a hiker in distress.
A man in his 60s suffered a medical emergency this afternoon while hiking on Koko Head Trail in Hawaii Kai. Paramedics administered advanced medical care and treated him for his condition.
