Justin Baldoni has filed legal documents asking the court to toss Blake Lively's publicist's request to be dismissed from their legal battle.

Since filing her lawsuit against Justin, Blake has kept a pretty low profile in the public eye. You just haven't seen her around much, and that's probably a combination of wanting to avoid too much scrutiny (I mean, have you seen how people talk about this lawsuit online?) and, more likely, not having much to promote.
