PCH and Pacific Palisades are reopening to the public. Some say it's too soon
Pacific Coast Highway and the Pacific Palisades neighborhood are reopening to the public this weekend despite concerns from some local residents and officials who fear it's too soon to allow wide access to the fire-damaged area.
