Tariffs imposed on Canada and Mexico Tuesday could prove costly to Kansas farmers and aviation workers, one Kansas economics professor said.
A strengthening storm system will move across the country this week, bringing blizzard conditions to the Heartland and tornadoes and damaging winds to the South.
The tariffs could have far-reaching impacts, touching everything from grocery prices to the finances of farmers and construction costs.
Over much of south, central and west Texas, including Austin and San Antonio and far southeastern New Mexico, there is also an extremely critical risk of wildfires.
