The Lake County Sheriff's Office says a former deputy resigned after he crashed his patrol car while watching pornography on his phone.

POLK COUNTY, Fla. - Deputies said they arrested a Florida man Friday after he was caught creeping at a children's bus stop. The Polk County Sheriff's Office has identified the man as 37-year-old Jonathan Louis, who is a registered sex offender.
