The sheriff's office said Davis was wanted in Delaware and Maryland on charges that include motor vehicle theft, fleeing and eluding, assault, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and various drug and firearm offenses.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says that after a year and a half on the run, fugitive Brett Davis is in custody. According to the sheriff's office, Davis was apprehended inside an apartment attic in Blue Ridge Summit, bringing an end to his attempts to evade justice.
Sussex County was hit the worst by the two major storms this winter and the snow totals reflect that.
