Franklin County Sheriff's Office captures man wanted on multiple charges in Delaware, Maryland
Brett Davis was taken into custody after he was found in an apartment attic in Blue Ridge Summit. Fugitive captured in Franklin County
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says that after a year and a half on the run, fugitive Brett Davis is in custody. According to the sheriff's office, Davis was apprehended inside an apartment attic in Blue Ridge Summit, bringing an end to his attempts to evade justice.
