It will be set up at Lantern Bay Park, just above Dana Point Harbor. Festivities will start at 3 p.m., after most of the daytime festival events wrap up, and end at 10 p.m.

In 1975, Don Hansen, owner of Dana Wharf Sportfishing, started the Dana Point Harbor Boat Parade of Lights. In the years since, the parade has grown to include nearly 100 boats.

Dana Point – always known as a laidback beach town – is growing up and becoming a bit more of a popular destination. Overall, hotel occupancy is close to 2019 levels.
