California remains in the grip of an unrelenting atmospheric river delivering record-breaking rainfall, heavy mountain snow and destructive winds. Since the weekend, the storm has triggered widespread flooding,

Continuous rain is wreaking havoc in parts of the Valley and Foothills, causing flooding and, in one community, a 10-foot sinkhole. In Sloughhouse, officials closed Kiefer Boulevard, which is known for flooding.

This is going to start next week. Several days will bring periods of rain to the region, and at times, heavy rain.
