According to a report from The Athletic's Andrew Marchand, the 55-year-old Eisen will debut “The Rich Eisen Show” on ESPN in the fall. He noted that the program will be licensed by the network and Eisen is "expected to maintain ownership and editorial control."

The new deal with Rich Eisen will be similar to the one the sports network has reached with Pat McAfee, which sees ESPN license the sports commentator’s daily podcast.

Eisen, who left ESPN for NFL Network in 2003, will remain the featured host on NFLN's “GameDay” and its draft coverage.
