DENVER — The Denver Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened in southwest Denver. The shooting happened in the 6500 block of West Mansfield Avenue, according to Denver Police.

UCHealth said 10 patients were admitted to the Burn and Frostbite Center at the University of Colorado Hospital this weekend, pushing them over capacity on the 19-bed unit.
