As first responders continue to rescue people stranded by the torrential flooding that descended on central Texas Friday, dozens of people are facing a parent’s worst nightmare: Their children are missing.

Texas parents frantically posted photos of their young daughters on social media with pleas for information as at least 23 campers from an all-girls summer camp were unaccounted for after floods tore through the state’s south-central region overnight.

Authorities say at least 32 people have died because of the floods, and add numbers will continue to change in the coming hours.
