The City of Tulsa breaks down the 40 security personnel working the Juneteenth festival: 13 off-duty uniformed law enforcement personnel, 13 armed security officers, and 14 t-shirt security personnel.

The Tulsa Police Department Homicide Unit is asking those who captured video from 10-11:30 p.m. during the Juneteenth event prior to a fatal shooting to share the footage with investigators.

One man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting at last weekend's Tulsa Juneteenth celebration in the Greenwood District, but police say they are still looking for another suspect.
