The 14th Doctor (David Tennant) and Donna Noble (Catherine Tate) inside the newly-revamped TARDIS in the Doctor Who 60th anniversary specials.

Filming has officially begun on season 14 of Doctor Who.  The news was confirmed by the show's official Twitter account, which shared a photo of the TARDIS alongside a clapperboard.

David Tennant, who famously played the 10th Doctor, has now become the 14th Doctor. The BBC reported that both Tennant and Catherine Tate are reprising their roles for the show's 60th anniversary.

And, of course, the 14th Doctor was played by David Tennant who ended up reuniting with Donna Noble (Catherine Tate) where he continues to live now after Ncuti’s version bi-generated out of him ...
