Central Community College took second place in two categories in the 2025-26 Military Friendly School rankings for small community colleges.

The recycling event will take place from noon to 5:30 p.m. at Bailey Park, 1350 Capital Ave. NE in Battle Creek.

A new center at Howard Community College is part of an effort to offer people more career opportunities, particularly in trade and technical careers.
