Zulma Pacheco's boyfriend of five years said he was with her at the nightclub the night she was shot, and he carried her out after he saw she was bleeding.

One person was found dead at a west suburban night club on Friday night, although it was unclear exactly what led to their death.

The woman died about 2 a.m. Saturday at Mansion Live in Stone Park, but her cause of death hasn’t been determined.
