Slated to open in December, the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is the newest Magic Kingdom-area resort featuring 268 rooms, dining options, and a Polynesian princess.

While the entire island has 26 private bungalows on the seven-acre beach, 11 are up for sale, with one-story bungalows listed for $1.5 million while the two-story ones are $1.6 million.
