Paul Levesque said he saw tremendous growth in both CM Punk and John Cena in the run up to WWE Night of Champions.

In a subsequent promo, Cena suggested that he made the match for Night of Champions in an effort to expose Punk as a hypocrite of sorts. That was likely in reference to Punk speak

Night of Champions was certainly another improvement on the level of show and important storyline progression coming out of Saudi Arabia. The King and Queen of the Ring finals were quality bouts with the expected winners earning championship matches at SummerSlam.
