The Trump administration must move Tufts University graduate student Rumeysa Ozturk to Vermont from a Louisiana detention center, a federal appeals court ruled. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Wednesday upheld a Vermont judge’s order to transfer her to the state where her case is unfolding.

A Tufts University student from Turkey returned to Boston on Saturday, one day after being released from a Louisiana immigration detention center where she was held for over six weeks.
