Cold, windy and soaking wet — a classic spring soaker is moving in, and it's going to hang around through midweek.

It happened on Sunday afternoon just after 4:00 when dispatchers received a call of a man who was found unresponsive under a large agricultural tire at a farm on 100th Street in rural Amboy.

We are looking at an active start to the week with several chances of showers, thunderstorms, windy conditions and cooler temperatures mixed in as the next low pressure system moves across the area.
